Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Deli?

The Deli is a community and platform that helps guys build real friendships and hang out doing fun things. We host small, relaxed group experiences, from hangouts to shared activities that make it easy to meet new friends.

Why is it called The Deli?

Because like a local deli, we’re all about a comfortable place to hang, have good conversation, and meet new people. The name’s a nod to something familiar, casual, and real — the kind of place you want to go to and chat with people you’ve met.

Who is The Deli for?

The Deli is for guys who want more connection in their lives. Whether you’ve just moved to a new city or you just want to meet more people to hang with socially. There’s no “type,” but there is one thing in common: a genuine interest in making new friends and having fun doing so.

How does it work?

You sign up, answer a few questions, and we invite you to events with small groups of guys of similar age, location, and interests. Think: casual hangouts, local events, or just grabbing a bite and catching up.

What kind of events or hangouts does The Deli organize?

We’ve started with dinner meetups and are adding other activities based on demand. The vibe is low-pressure, social, and authentic.

Is The Deli only for men?

Yes. The Deli is designed specifically to help men form real friendships. There are strong communities that foster friendships for women, but there hasn’t been one for men — so we decided to create one specifically for guys.

How much does it cost?

It’s free to become a member right now. Some events are free and some are paid. Our goal is to make it easy and affordable to connect.

Where is The Deli available?

We’re currently active in a few cities in the U.S., with plans to expand further soon. If your area isn’t live yet, you can join the waitlist.

How do I join?

Sign up — it takes less than a minute. You’ll get an invite once we have a group or event that’s a good fit.
